This project aimed to enhance Mahindra & Mahindra’s website and MSA tablet application, improving usability, engagement, and conversions through a data-driven UX approach. Research methods, including heuristic evaluation, competitor analysis, and user testing, uncovered pain points in navigation, content clarity, and performance.

For the MSA tablet application, insights from stakeholder interviews and user surveys led to key improvements like streamlined navigation, interactive demos, and optimized workflows. The final redesign focused on refining the UI and enhancing user experience, ensuring a seamless digital journey for both customers and sales teams.
