Nuwama Wealth serves High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) with premium financial services. This project focuses on designing an intuitive and efficient Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tailored for Relationship Managers (RMs) handling HNI clients.

Relationship Managers need a seamless, data-driven, and user-friendly CRM to effectively track leads, manage client portfolios, and provide personalized financial advisory services. The current system may have inefficiencies, leading to missed opportunities and fragmented client interactions.

How did we solve?

To address the inefficiencies of the legacy CRM, the redesigned system will feature a centralized dashboard that consolidates all HNI client data, eliminating the need to switch between multiple dashboards. By implementing intuitive navigation with minimal clicks, Relationship Managers (RMs) can quickly access key information, reducing time spent on manual retrieval.

Enhanced data visualization with interactive charts and smart filtering will improve readability and decision-making. A responsive, customizable UI with AI-driven insights will streamline workflows and enhance client engagement.
