The process
For both Pillway and Wylo, my focus was on creating a seamless, structured, and user-friendly experience by applying core UX principles. The process involved:

User Journey Optimization – Defined clear user flows to reduce friction and create intuitive interactions.

Information Architecture Refinement – Reorganized content and features for better navigation and accessibility.

UX Flow Improvements – Streamlined prescription management (Pillway) and community engagement (Wylo) to enhance user experience.
